Camping, On-Site Vans and Cabin Policy

• The Park reserves the right to terminate any occupancy due to excessive/and or offensive behavior at any time.
  
• Guests and Occupants must observe any request made by management.
  
• The name of the person whom the booking was made is responsible for any damage or loss occurred by or created from his or her guests or representatives or any member of the group that he or she has made the booking for.
  
• Park Management takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to property or person.No responsibility is taken by Park Manager for any loss or damage to property or person
  
• Garbage must be wrapped and placed in the bins provided.
  
• Fish cleaning is not allowed in the Park and placing of by products in rubbish bins is prohibited.
  
• No persons under 18 years of age may occupy any site without adults to accompany them.
  
• Parents are responsible for the behavior of their Children within the Park.
  
• No ball games in park at any time.
  
• Bicycles can be responsibly ridden within the Park area between 8 a.m. and dusk. Helmets must be worn.
  Strictly ONE car per site.
  
• A 5 km per hour speed limit applies throughout the Park area.
  
• Noisy Vehicles, broken exhausts etc are not permitted to be parked within the Caravan Park.
  
• Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors within the Park.
  
• ALL visitors must report to the office and arrive within office hours.
  
• NO PETS ALLOWED IN ON SITE ACCOMMODATION
  
• At no time are Visitors allowed to bring pets into the park.
  
• Excessive Noise will not be tolerated. All quiet by 10.00 p.m.
  
• Any unlawful behavior will not be tolerated at any time and will result in immediate termination of the booking.
  
• All departures are to be by 10 a.m. on the last day of your booking or an extra day may be charged.
  
• Please book carefully as no Refunds are Given.
• Cancellation Terms Service Charge and Conditions
  An administration fee of $30 or 10% (whichever is greater) of the total booking will be charged on all cancelled bookings. A full refund (less administration fee) will be given on all bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking. 30-7 days 50% of the total value of the booking will be refunded.
  Cancellations or a "no show" of less than 7 days, we regret, are unable to be refunded.
  No refunds will be given on early departure.
  Cabins are to left in a clean and tidy manner, and include the washing of all dishes or a cleaning fee WILL apply and a deduction will be made from the credit card details provided.
